How to use a Hotels.com gift card
Gift cards pay for prepaid stays at checkout — pick "Pay now", not "Pay at the property".

Book on the Hotels.com site of your card's country, choose a participating hotel and the "Pay now" option, then at the payment step select Gift card, enter the 16-digit code and the PIN, and choose how much of the balance to use. One gift card can be used per booking.

Find your stay
On the Hotels.com site or app for the card's country, choose a participating hotel and select Reserve.

Choose Pay now
Gift cards pay prepaid bookings. Rates you pay at the hotel cannot use gift card balance.

Enter the gift card
Under payment, select Gift card, enter the 16-digit code and the PIN from your email, and check the balance.

Apply and book
Choose how much of the balance to use, pay any difference another way, and confirm. The rest stays on the card.
One card per booking
Hotels.com accepts one gift card code per booking. If you hold several cards, merge them first with the balance transfer tool on Hotels.com's gift card page, then pay with the combined card.
