Redeem in four steps

  1. Sign in on airbnb.com

    Use a browser and the account that will book the trip. (The airbnb.com/gift page leads to the same redemption flow.)

  2. Open Payments & payouts

    Click your profile picture → Account → Payments & payouts.

  3. Add gift card

    Under Airbnb gift credit, select Add gift card, enter the code from your email (and the PIN if asked) and redeem.

  4. Book

    Choose a stay or an Experience: the credit is applied at the booking step, and any difference goes on your other payment method.

Two limits to know

Gift credit can only be applied when you make a new booking — it cannot pay a reservation that already exists. And it does not cover stays of 28 nights or longer. Within those limits it pays the nightly rate, fees and taxes.
