How to use a Nike gift card

On nike.com, at the Payment step, select "Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?", enter the gift card number and PIN, and select Apply. In the Nike or SNKRS app, tap Payment → Add New Payment Method → Add Gift Card. Up to 10 gift cards can be used on one order; any difference goes on another payment method.

Pay on nike.com

  1. Shop on your country's Nike site

    Add your items and go to checkout on the Nike site of the card's country.

  2. Open the gift card field

    In Payment, select "Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?".

  3. Enter number and PIN

    Type the gift card number and the PIN from your email, then select Apply. The amount comes off the order total.

Pay in the Nike or SNKRS app

  1. Add the card at checkout

    Tap Payment → Add New Payment Method → Add Gift Card.

  2. Enter and continue

    Type the number and PIN, tap Add Gift Card, then Continue to finish the order.

Bought for one country

A Nike gift card is spent in the country it was issued for — on that country's nike.com, in the apps set to that country, and in Nike stores there. Choose the version that matches where the recipient shops.

Which Nike card to choose

Pick the country where the card will be spent; the balance is in that local currency.

If the card is refused

Wrong country site

Switch to the Nike site of the card's country — a card from one country is not accepted on another's.

"Invalid number or PIN"

Paste the number and the PIN separately from the email, without spaces.

Not enough balance

Add a second gift card (up to 10 per order) or pay the difference with another method.
