How to redeem a Netflix gift card

Currency and billing: the two blockers
A Netflix gift card works when its currency matches the currency of your Netflix bill — a euro card on a euro account, a US dollar card on a US dollar account. And if your Netflix is billed by a partner (an app store, your phone or TV provider), cancel billing with that partner first, then redeem at netflix.com/redeem once the last partner billing period has ended.

If the code will not redeem
Billed through a partner
Gift cards cannot pay accounts billed by an app store, carrier or TV provider. Move billing to Netflix, then redeem.
